Single Malt Whiskey

Grain & Rye Whiskey
Grain whiskey is made in the same fashion as malt whiskey, however it is made with any type of grain; such as wheat, rye and corn. It is different from malt whiskey as malt whiskey is made from malt and unmalted barley ONLY.
Rye whiskey, first popularized in North America, is made with a high Rye Mash bill. It has to be made with at least 51% rye.
